By accessing this website, booking services, purchasing products, enrolling in classes, or downloading digital content from Spirit + Grace LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.  

If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services. 

Services Offered

Spirit + Grace LLC provides:

  • Reiki sessions (in-person and virtual)

  • Reiki classes and trainings

  • Guided meditations and digital resources

  • Wellness products included but not limited to candles, essential oils, essential oil sprays, gemstone jewelry, and related items

All services and products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Medical Disclaimer

Reiki and energy-based services are complementary wellness practices.  

Spirit + Grace LLC does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment.  

Our services and products:

  • Are not a substitute for medical care

  • Do not replace treatment from a licensed healthcare provider

  • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition. 

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this disclaimer.

Client Responsibility 

By receiving services, you agree:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or have guardian consent).

  • You are responsible for your own health decisions.

  • You will disclose relevant medical conditions when appropriate.

  • You understand results vary and are not guaranteed.


Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Payments

  • Payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Cancellations

  • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to full session charge.

Refunds

  • Reiki sessions already rendered are non-refundable.

  • Class deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Product Sales & Returns

Product Disclaimer 

All candles, oils, sprays, jewelry and other wellness products are for personal use only.

  • Keep candles away from children and pets.

  • Burn candles within sight and follow safety instructions..

  • Essential oils and sprays should be used according to label directions. 

Spirit + Grace LLC is not responsible or liable for misuse of products.

Returns

  • We do not offer returns at this time. If your product has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt with a picture of the damaged product to receive a replacement at no additional cost.  

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable

Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • Risk of loss transfers to customers upon shipment. 

  • We regret we cannot currently process any orders outside of the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Digital Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Meditations

  • Course materials

  • Branding

  • Product Names

  • Audio recordings

  • QR-linked content 

are the intellectual property of Spirit + Grace LLC.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Share login access

  • Resell materials

  • Use branding without written consent

Personal Use only. 

Class & Training Policies

  • Enrollment does not guarantee certification unless all requirements are met.

  • We reserve the right to dismiss participants for disruptive behavior.

  • Materials may not be copied or taught without authorization.

Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spirit + Grace LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Emotional responses

  • Personal outcomes

  • Allergic reactions

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of products

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services or products. 

Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. 

We respect your confidentiality and do not sell personal information. 

Governing Law

The terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.  Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
